STAY HEALTHY AND WELL ALL YEAR LONG - HEALTH DRINK
Immune Support Drink (aka: Fire Cider)
Take 1 Tablespoon daily in a small amount of water to promote overall wellbeing
Dry Ingredients: can also be used fresh (Organic)
Horseradish
Cayenne Pepper
Sage
Thyme
Rosemary
Elderberries
Ginger
Fresh Ingredients: (Organic)
2 whole Lemons (Peel and All)
2 whole Onions (Skin and All)
A handful of Garlic Cloves – Crushed
Fill Jar with RAW organic, unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar (get at local health food store)
Let sit for 4-6 weeks in cool dark place (pantry)
Optional after sitting: ¼ Cup or to taste – Raw organic, unfiltered Honey
Once it has fermented/sat for 4-5 weeks you can strain or just leave bits in the jar and pour off some of the liquid into a smaller jar for dosing. Take 1 Tablespoon daily in a small amount of water. If a bug is present, Take 1 T 2 times per day in water until feeling better.

We have now held our Public Elections and affirmed our newly elected officials on April 6th at our en esse meeting. We celebrated our 6th year of reassembly as
The Virginia General Assembly, unincorporated.

Our Living Courts are are in the final stages of The Court Handbook (the document that helps you innerstand all aspects of The Common Law Court Processes.
We will soon be calling our first Grand Jury...

EX PARTE MULLIGAN - OUR COURTS ARE STANDING
We mailed out 32 Notices to defacto government persons all over Virginia and also at the federal level... On July 7th, 2025 at 1:42pm. This is a milestone for Virginia (unincorporated) as we are now declaring that our Common Law Courts are here, we are Standing and we are the Superior Jurisdiction over the Land and soil on Virginia.

Our Virginia Peace Flag:
The breathtaking Blue Ridge Mountains as the background represent the strength, resilience and fortitude of the people on Virginia.
The red lettering represents the blood that enlivens the living men and women and reminds us of those that have lost their lives while standing for free will, free thought and self-determination.
The words of Love, Honor, Integrity and Virtue written in gold represent the Light and character that the people on Virginia emanate and embody.
And lastly, the Peace and Freedom that is the Natural and Unalienable Right of All Virginians is represented by the white dove in flight.
