We are thrilled that Bradley has stepped up to fill the Coordinator position on behalf of Virginia. Although we are a Standing State, the State Coordinator function moves into a position of liaison with The Federation for communication and other purposes, as well as being a guiding presence to help support Region, Cluster and County Coordinators as we begin to populate and restore the soil jurisdiction (Counties) of Virginia.

I am married to Brad and have a son Austin. Two dogs Ryder and Bo. I love to spend time reading and helping others in any way I can. I w ant to serve as a Recording Secretary because I value accuracy, organization and clear communication. I grew up in Virginia and look forward to helping to bring as many people back to the soil as I can.

Aaron Ashanti and Bradley Odell have stepped up to Co-Chair the General Assembly Oversight Committee
On August 12th the Assembly Voted both Aaron and Bradley into their positions. We are grateful for their commitment to the Assembly and look forward to supporting them in this endeavor.
What is the Oversight Committee?
The Oversight Committee for the General Assembly will be, for now, the Committee that holds your Publicly Elected Officials on all pillars and committees, accountable to their duties and responsibilities on behalf of the Assembly and her Business. They are the People who will investigate any charges of wrong doing, and areas where the People may have gone off course and ensure that we, on Virginia, are acting in our capacity and honoring our Fiduciary responsibilities to the best of our ability.
Should you find that something is not being attended to on the Assemblies (All Assemblies on Virginia) meaning, there are actions taken that are not in alignment with our Procedures for Order in Assembly or actions taken that do not uphold our 4 Precepts and Mission statement, please bring them forward to Bradley and/or Aaron.
Ex Parte Milligan notice has been written, Voted on, Autographed and Recorded and MAILED OUT!
We mailed out 32 Notices to defacto government persons all over Virginia and also at the federal level... On July 7th, 2025 at 1:42pm. This is a milestone for Virginia (unincorporated) as we are now declaring that our Common Law Courts are here, we are Standing and we are the Superior Jurisdiction over the Land and soil on Virginia.
Fall en esse meeting October 12th 10-6, Greenwood Community Ceter, Crozet Virginia
Our Fall En Esse Meeting will be held in Crozet Virginia at the Greenwood Community Center on October 12, 2025.
The morning session will be looking at the business of Virginia.
Our afternoon session we will build community, discuss PKTF, continue our conversation regarding Capital Punishment and much more. Bring your lunch and feel free to bring snacks to share.

VIRGINIA IS STANDING
We submitted our information to The Federation's Hereditary Head of State and Fiduciary on 2/19/25, Virginia now Stands!
We have now held our Public Elections and affirmed our newly elected officials on April 6th at our en esse meeting. We celebrated our 6th year as a reassembly General Assembly, unincorporated.
Thank you ALL for your contribution to the momentous undertaking! Good Job Virginia!
Steven Warden, Voted into position as the state level Court Recorder for the Living Court
Steven Warden will hold the the pro tem position for Court Recorder until our next Public Elections.
Our Court Positions are now filled! Living Court is just that a Living system that requires flexibility, resilience, stamina and heart. These are qualities we feel Steven carries and he will make an excellent Court Recorder.
Thank you Steven for stepping up into this role for your Jural Assembly!

The breathtaking Blue Ridge Mountains as the background represent the strength, resilience and fortitude of the people on Virginia.
The red lettering represents the blood that enlivens the living men and women and reminds us of those that have lost their lives while standing for free will, free thought and self-determination.
The words of Love, Honor, Integrity and Virtue written in gold represent the Light and character that the people on Virginia emanate and embody.
And lastly, the Peace and Freedom that is the Natural and Unalienable Right of All Virginians is represented by the white dove in flight.
