MOCK CRIMINAL TRIAL - SELF GOVERNANCE THROUGH PRESENTMENT
Our Living Courts are now TESTING the Process...
Come participate in your Living Court and see how, what and when the Living Court can assist you in your life as well as how to uphold your PUBLIC DUTY by participating as a Juror.
Starts July 10th at 7pm followed by Living Court and Living Jury on July 12th.

We mailed out 32 Notices to defacto government persons all over Virginia and also at the federal level... On July 7th, 2025 at 1:42pm. This is a milestone for Virginia (unincorporated) as we are now declaring that our Common Law Courts are here, we are Standing and we are the Superior Jurisdiction over the Land and soil on Virginia.

Our Spring en esse meeting was where we affirmed your elected Public Citizens to represent and you and lead Virginia to the next phase of her reconstruction. thank you to all who were able to attend. The conversations was both informative and of good debate, breaching topics of self governance, capital punishment, committees and how they function, every voice was heard!
We are already starting to plan our Fall en esse, join the committee to have a voice in what and how we gather.
VIRGINIA IS STANDING
We submitted our information to The Federation's Hereditary Head of State and Fiduciary on 2/19/25 for Virginia's Standing!
We have now held our Public Elections and will affirm our newly elected officials on April 6th at our en esse meeting. We will be celebrating our 6th year as an Assembly.

Steven Warden Nominated for Court Recorder for the Living Court
We will be holding an election on July 3rd, 2025 at our next Jural Assembly meeting to elect Steven Warden into the pro tem position for Court Recorder.
Our Court Positions are now filled! Living Court is just that a Living system that requires flexibility, resilience, stamina and heart. These are qualities we feel Steven carries and he will make an excellent Court Recorder.
Thank you Steven for stepping up into this role for your Jural Assembly!

Each committee then reports its goals and progress to the body of the General Assembly The men and women of the General Assembly then vote on items of import and establish them as the operating procedures and the desired trajectory for Virginians and for the Assembly...

The red lettering represents the blood that enlivens the living men and women and reminds us of those that have lost their lives while standing for free will, free thought and self-determination.
The words of Love, Honor, Integrity and Virtue written in gold represent the Light and character that the people on Virginia emanate and embody.
