Procedures for Order In Assembly (pdf)
DownloadBe Prepared, Be Alert
To all ASNs, This is to inform you that there are things happening, in the country as a whole and in and around Virginia.
Be aware when in areas with Large numbers of people.
It is highly recommended by the Peacekeeping Task Force that you pay attention to your surroundings, and "AVOID" large gatherings of people as much as possible.
Safety precautions:
Be safe and it is always wise to know and assess your surroundings at all times.
Steven Russell Just, Militia Commander
Weather Advisory
With the cold weather arriving and the possibility of power outages throughout Virginia, the General Assembly via the Special Missions Militia’s Peace Keeping Task Force encourages all people to prepare for in the event of a Storm or Power Outage.
Self-Governance is the ability to take care of oneself. Each of us must be able to sustain ourselves and family members for some period of time. Everyone thinks that if something happens, somebody, the police, ambulance, fire department, friends, neighbors, etc., will show up immediately to help you. This may not the case.
Typical response for emergency services to arrive, if you are in a well populated area, is 20 minutes. Longer if you live in the wilderness. This is if you have the resources to contact them.
You have to remember, most everyone in your area is going to be in the same situation as you. Most people are going to take care of, deal with or secure their family and property needs first. Therefore, it is always best to be “prepared” to take care of your family and property until help can arrive or you’re able to go assist others. This could be hours, days or weeks based on the situation.
Listed are some items you should have if power outage in your area last longer than a couple of days.
· Water. Bottled, Filtered Well-water
· Food. Non-perishable: can good,. MRE’s,
o Use perishable foods first before they go bad
· Cooking. Propane camping stove
· Prescriptions. Stay ahead of your pharmaceutical prescriptions and refills
· First Aid and Medical Kit. Band-Aids, bandages, ointment, pain relievers, aspirin, Tylenol, Advil, Cold medicines, sutures, etc.
· Heat. Heavy blankets, candles, portable gas heater (propane), firewood
· Flashlights and Batteries. AAA, AA, 9V, etc.
· All-purpose repair item(s). Duct tape, gorilla glue, hammer & nails, tools
· Generator. To power refrigerator, lights (extra gas)
· Weapons and Ammo. People may become desperate, whether they are unprepared or just ill-mannered
· Cash. Keep some of the Fake Money on hand, whether it be a couple of hundred bucks or more. This may be used to barter.

Governance in action, the people have spoken. Virginians voted unanimously "yea" on the 28th day of February 2024.
Have you ever wondered...?
...how State Governance and self-governance works?
...who is reconstructing and revisioning the broken Governance structure on Virginia?
...how you can contribute and expand your natural brilliance?
...if your visions, thoughts and ideas could be heard in Committee and brought forward to benefit the people living on Virginia.
We are a Governance that operates by Committee.. This is where you may implement the power of your voice. The momentum of Virginia is discussed and honed in the smaller group of the committee and it is where the necessary tasks are completed by those who volunteer to get this work done. Each committee then reports its goals and progress to the body of the General Assembly The men and women of the General Assembly then vote on items of import and establish them as the operating procedures and the desired trajectory for Virginians and for the Assembly...
Come join in the fun, get to know your fellow Virginians and make a difference for yourself and all people on Virginia!
Our Virginia Peace Flag:
The breathtaking Blue Ridge Mountains as the background represent the strength, resilience and fortitude of the people on Virginia.
The red lettering represents the blood that enlivens the living men and women and reminds us of those that have lost their lives while standing for free will, free thought and self-determination.
The words of Love, Honor, Integrity and Virtue written in gold represent the Light and character that the people on Virginia emanate and embody.
And lastly, the Peace and Freedom that is the Natural and Unalienable Right of All Virginians is represented by the white dove in flight.

On Virginia we are reconstructing the Lawful Governance. In order to do that, we must Reconstruct it in the same manner that it was deconstructed.
What that means is we must move from the Sea to the Land to the Soil (State to Region To Cluster to County).
The People are the foundation of governance, Always,
But we must reconstruct our State first. Now that our state is fully seated we will work to populate and reconstruct our Cluster governance and lastly our County Governance. It is simply a matter of population.
The will of the people prevails and once our counties are functioning the flow of governance will move from the county, to the Cluster and up to the State. the State will take its direction from the people. We are bottom up, not top down!

We expressly and explicitly hold all corporations liable for their activities and the results of those activities. There is and can be no such thing as immunity offered to public or privately

vaccine products and drugs produced by these corporations.
